All the trees are cut down now. I guess they went down yesterday. I loved that field.  It was fun to see the kids play there on weekends. I walked with my dog through and/or around it most days. I liked the smell of the pine trees.  I'm not a birder, so I don't know the name, but in the summer evenings I would see small egret-type birds flying in to roost at night.  I'm sad that its gone.
