[RP TownTalk] Field of Dreams

My understanding was that it had to do with property ownership.  The
university was willing to let us encroach on their property a bit for
the Field of Dreams and the stand of trees on its north side, and for
our secret shortcut through the parking lot - but they weren't willing
to let a permanent structure such as a public road be built on their
property. So in order to accommodate the new road and bridge access,
the trees had to go.
