[RP TownTalk] Huh?

The naming mistake is throughout the Whole Foods presentation. The pizza
brick oven says "Riverdale" only, the staff tee-shirts read "Riverdale",
and all related advertising just "Riverdale". But the names lapse is not
unique to Whole Foods. The initial online advertising by Stanley Martin for
its $425K (starting) Townhomes was "Riverdale." I pointed that out to
Cafritz legal eagle Larry Taub months ago and he was justifiably mystified.
While the new home owners might not struggle with their jumbo mortgages,
they may suffer confusion with their home addresses. Good thing the Pony
Express is right around the corner...

It will take the corporation some time to add "park" but it can happen with
influence from the community.

Meanwhile, Riverdale Park and the other neighboring "Parks" benefit greatly
by having the Cafritz family's *Riverdale Park Station* open. Don't lose
sight that other positive developments in Riverdale Park will follow and
hopefully extend to the Kenilworth Avenue corridor. And it happens faster
when you express your desires. Tell the Town Administrator and the
Riverdale Park Business Association what you want in your neighborhood.
