[RP TownTalk] Huh?

A few things to note:

-A biker was hit (did not appear to have any physical injuries) by a taxi
driver around 5 two days ago right across from the site.
-The police are blocking the Truck Entrance to the Whole Foods. Not sure if
they plan to do that long term.
