[RP TownTalk] Small poodle mix loose in traffic now

There's a small white poodle/possibly terrier mix running in traffic in
Ward 1. Last seen at 10:22 running south on Rte. 1 towards East-West, then
headed back into neighborhood on Sheridan,  behind new 7-11.

Approach cautiously and not near moving traffic. He bolted when I was in
his path.
