[RP TownTalk] Town of Riverdale Park RFP: Town Website Redesign

I don't know if this is a draft or final of a released RFP.
I suggest that item 12 under objectives, stipulate Capability for SECURE
online payments.

Since the objectives also seem to be a rather loose set of requirements,
it might be worth specifying the town should have someone with access to
logs, some method of ensuring the service is provided securely, and some
sort of availability objective.

Just some suggestions.

I am concerned that the objectives are very soft requirements if the
selection criteria is used. They are quite open ended from my
perspective in the areas of objectives 3 through 14.
