[RP TownTalk] Razed Houses on Riverdale Rd/410

Hello,

Does anyone know the story with the run-down houses that were razed
recently along the 6300 block of Riverdale Rd/410 (just west of the BW
Parkway)?  It looks like at least 3-5 houses were torn down (and two more
on Kennilworth Ave just North of 410).

Is there a particular plan or developer for that space?  Apologies if this
was already covered in a previous post I missed.
