[RP TownTalk] New Building Next to Gosling Pond

College Park Academy has a cap on the amount of students they accept (100 or less per grade level).  The school is set to open there next August.  Currently, the school is 6th through 10th, but will eventually be 6th through 12th.  Most of our students take public transportation...there will still be traffic with parents dropping off/picking up, but the majority of the kids take Metro.

It will also be home to the College Park Academy which is the private charter school currently occupying an old Church space in Hyattsville off Adelphi Rd.

There was a thread on this back in September.  What I learned from that is that it's the future site of College Park Academy, which is a charter school now located on Adelphi Rd near Campus Dr. The land is owned by the university.
