Forgive the duplication, but this message is very important and I would appreciate it if you would see fit to publish it.
Someone came and totally stripped all our ripe black and redraspberries sometime in the Riversdale gardens between Tuesday evening andThursday morning. While there were people in the garden for the concert, wedon’t think this wholesale “harvesting” happened during then.
We work closely with our gardener to plan for needs for ourprograms, and these were going to be served this weekend. (Also, please beaware that anything we don’t use for a program goes to local food banks.)
We do want you to enjoy the grounds and garden; however, ourgardener and her volunteers work very hard and they, especially, deserve yourconsideration.
Thank you.
