[RP TownTalk] Election Results Available

Dwight and Spiro are correct - each ward is supposed to have the same
number of adults, with variations of up to 10 % (between the largest and
smallest) allowed if there is a compelling reason (such as geographic
barriers, etc.).  The last adjustment to the ward boundaries was in January
2013, based on data from the 2010 census (which only became available in
2012).
