Dear neighbors.... or maybe soon-to-be-neighbors,

We'd like to buy a small house, row house or townhouse with a small yardimmediately.  

We currently live near downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park, and we'dlike to stay in that area, but we're also open to Hyattsville, RiverdalePark, and University Park.  

We'd like a home that's a reasonably easy walk to a downtown area. A home with 1,000 square feet of living space and a 5,000 square-foot lotwould work just fine.

We prefer two bedrooms and two baths, but would consider a place with onebath.

We'd love the home to have a porch, hardwood floors and architecturaldetails.

If you have a place that you'd like to sell and that you think matcheswhat we're looking for closely enough, or if you know of a place, pleasebe in touch.
