*Please join me and the District 22 Team for a Community Meeting to discuss
the MAGLEV high-speed train proposal on Thursday, November 9th from
7:00pm-9:00pm at Parkdale High School (6001 Good Luck Road

Rivedale, MD).  *

Over the past several weeks, I have heard numerous concerns from community
members across our District regarding the MAGLEV train, particularly about
the proposed routes, the potential environmental impacts, and the high
costs associated with constructing such a train. I wanted to provide you
with an opportunity to raise your concerns and any other issues you may
have directly with agencies and consultants facilitating the MAGLEV train
project.

Currently, the three proposed routes for the MAGLEV train cut right through
our District - from Woodlawn and Beacon Heights to New Carrollton and
Greenbelt. I encourage you to review these routes
