[RP TownTalk] Flick or Treat on Saturday (and more treats coming) at Riversdale!

Hi, all!

I hope you're enjoying the (finally) fall-like weather! Saturday's weather is looking absolutely perfect for our Flick or Treat movie beginning at 7pm. Just because it's not summer doesn't mean outdoor movie season has to end. Enjoy the toasty warmth of firepits and bring your chairs, blankets, and favorite snack while you enjoy a family-favorite character "sniff" out a ghostly mystery that will leave you saying, "Zoinks!" (Sidenote: Have you caught on that our movie license doesn't actually allow us to tell you the name of the movie in our advertising :) If you ask directly, we are happy to tell you, though!) We'll have hot cider and light refreshments available while supplies last and the cost is $5 adults and $2 students. Come to the main table next to the big screen to purchase your tickets and receive your snack & beverage coupons.

If Halloween isn't quite your thing, there are plenty of other upcoming programs to choose from, with details below. As a note, our always-popular Breakfast with Sint Niklaas is filling fast and our 12th Night Ball has less than 10 spaces left! If you're interested in these programs, we encourage you to register earlier rather than later to ensure your spots :). Families, enjoy the museum in a whole new way! In conjunction with Maryland STEMFest, enjoy interactive stations featuring archaeology, architecture, cooking, and more. Girl Scouts, wear your vest or sash & you'll be able to enter to win a program for your troop!

This collaboration with UMD School of Music brings the familiar tale of "Peter and the Wolf" to life! Enjoy a post-concert reception, too!
