[RP TownTalk] Baby and Toddler Yoga at Joe's

Hi Folks,

We've been hearing whispers of interest for baby and toddler yoga in the neighborhood wellness communities and Jessica LaGarde, RMP has answered the call.

She is offering two classes down the street at Joe's Movement Emporium this fall! Classes start Tuesday September 26.

This mindful movement practice is appropriate for little ones ages 6 weeks-24 months with their caregivers. Each class is (about) 45 minutes long and includes circle time, songs, modified yoga poses for adults and their little ones, and time for relaxation. Baby classes will teach caregivers how to gently move their babies into postures to promote digestion, sleep, and an awareness of their wee bodies, as well as discussions to foster community between parents and caregivers.Toddler classes include gross motor and creative movement games and activities, storytime, and--of course--bubbles.
