Please let your community know that there are spaces available for Club
Joe’s, the performing arts afterschool program at Joe’s Movement Emporium.
We are approved by the Prince George’s County Department of Education
(approval form attached).  We provide transportation for Riverdale
Elementary. Space is currently available!

*There are no discounts but financial aid is available through the Maryland
State Childcare Subsidy Program.

*All remaining forms are due by the first day of attendance for your
child.  The forms are a **Permission Slip, Emergency, Release, Policies
Statement, Payment and Medical forms.  All forms are required for
participation and require a date within 12 months.  We understand that the
doctor’s signature may require time and an appointment.  You will have 30
days to submit it.*

*Children must be picked up by 6:00PM.  Snacks are provided by the state
but you may send your child with special food items (fruit, vegetable, meat
or grain).  We discourage soda, candy and other sources of excessive sugar.*

*Children should dress for movement DAILY which includes pants or shorts
daily with rubber soles on shoes.  Also, children will need extra clothing
for art.*
