[RP TownTalk] Interior construction work in Jemal's bldg

I don't want to jinx anything......... but couldn't help but notice
that a large stockpile of drywall and other materials is sitting in
the large, corner space in Jemal's bldg in Town Center.

Might we long-waiting Riverdalians be hearing an announcement of some sort soon?
