[RP TownTalk] Canceling Riverdale Park Farmers Market tomorrow

Based upon input from survey results, consultation with RP Public Works,
vendors, and the weather forecast, we are forced to cancel tomorrow's
farmers market tomorrow but will be back in full force the next week with
our usual vendor mix. It's a sad conclusion but was inevitable based on the
data we have for this week.
