What if we planted wildflowers in the median like Ladybird Johnson
encouraged us to do? Then we could tell SHA that they don't have to mow!

As to Wells Run, I'm hoping someone who actually knows what is going on
there will weigh in, but I know that the Army Corps of Engineers has
changed their attitude towards our natural waterways from viewing them as
"something to be controlled" to "something to be enhanced" so they can do
what they naturally should do, without threatening peoples homes.
