[RP TownTalk] Volunteers Needed for the Oakcrest Farmers Market

Hey Folks!


The Oakcrest Farmers Market is calling for volunteers on Friday market days
any time between 1:30 and 7:30!


1300 Capitol Heights Blvd  Capitol Heights, Maryland 20743


Here are some activities you may be asked to do. Eligible for volunteers
service hours.



   -

   Set-up tables, chairs, tents, etc.
   -

   Direct Traffic in market parking lot
   -

   Greet customers as they enter the market
   -

   Energetically flip the market sign (to catch the eyes of people driving
   by)
   -

   Help distribute and collect customer satisfaction surveys
   -

   Post signs around the community
   -

   Hand out flyers at local businesses/door-to-door
   -

   Keep the market clean and presentable
   -

   Take down the tables, chairs, tents, etc.
