Call a licensed plumber and get an estimate.  They'll have to pull a permit and make arrangements with WSSC to connect the new sewer line.

We recently discovered that our 100 year old sewer mainline has to be replaced.  Has anyone in the neighborhood ever had this done and what would the average cost for something like this be?  Just want to make sure I am going to pay a fair price when we get our estimate.
