Donna’s Dad served in the US Air Force, teaching her about duty, sacrifice
and the call to public service. Donna attended 14 schools during her Dad’s
career, until the family finally settled in Oxon Hill where she’s lived for
35 year.
Donna was the first in her family to graduate college, from Wake Forest
University. After working at Goddard Space Flight Center as a technical
writer, Donna went to the University of New Hampshire Law School to earn
her J.D. degree.
