Hi Dan,
The Town had no input on closing the trail - I myself found out that it had
happened from Alison Spain's e-mail.
I am working collaboratively with John Rigg (College Park Council Member),
representatives from the developer, and staff from College Park and
Riverdale Park to address the concerns that led to the closure and get the
trail reopened soon. I am expecting a communication from the developer
later today that will clarify the schedule.
