[RP TownTalk] F.Y. I. to RP residents - (WJLA) news article re: Lawsuits against Riverdale Park

I have responded to CM Henry off-list.  All members of the council were
informed of the decision, and I told him that I did not know who was
informed when the lawsuit was filed in 2016, as Mayor Archer was handling
that.
