[RP TownTalk] Veterans Day

When is the Veterans Memorial Ceremony.  I am assuming it is on 11/11 at 11 a.m.  But I see some places are celebrating on the 12th.  So will our Dear Mayor please let me know when I should be at the monument?  Thanks.
