[RP TownTalk] Cell phone donation

Hey Neighbors,

I have a few smart phones I'd like to donate. One will likely just be
useful for 911 calls, the others will have a few more functions for those
with great patience. I am aware of some great organizations in DC and
nationally but I'm hoping to donate them hyper locally to those in need. If
you have any leads please let me know off-list.
