Thanks for posting, Dan.  I'd missed that, somehow. The thing that jumped
out at me is that it will take PEPCO 15 - 18 months to replace its utility
poles.  WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT?  What a missed opportunity if those aren't put
underground!
