[RP TownTalk] WABA Cider Ride

The Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) is hosting one of their
signature rides, the Cider Ride, on Saturday, November 3rd. WABA advocates
for making the area more bike-friendly and accessible.

The Cider Ride is a fantastic ride that highlights many of the great
opportunities for cycling in PG county and NE DC. They have 3 routes of
varying lengths. Two will pass through Riverdale Park.

WABA has also been collaborating with local officials to extend the trolley
trail past Franklin's to connect it with the Anacostia tributary trails
network.

Even if you can't make the ride next week, WABA is a wonderful, local
organization worth learning more about.
