The Town greatly appreciates engaged residents.  Identifying concerns and alerting the staff team is essential to an appropriate response.

To provide residents with a streamlined reporting system and timely responses to their concerns, the Town created a special section on the Town's new website. Please visit http://cms7.revize.com/revize/riverdalemd/citizen_request_center/index.php or click on the Report a Concern icon on the homepage. This will allow residents to select a department for their concern to be sent to directly. If you do not know who should address your concern, please select the "Town Clerk" or "Other" option and we will direct your concern to the appropriate office or department.
