[RP TownTalk] Train noise last night

Good morning neighbors,
Wondering if anyone else heard the prolonged train horn blowing last night? Two or three different times in the middle of the night they sounded horns for long periods of time. Any thoughts on why they would do that? Is there any sort of noise ordinance that states that they can only do that at that hour for a really good reason (a safety issue, for instance?) I realize that living where we do, some train noise is to be expected, but it was particularly intense last night!
