I'm excited to introduce Integrative Reflexology with a few Specials at
Shine Massage and Wellness this spring!


Based on four theories of Structural Alignment, Zones, Meridians, and
Psychoneuroimmuniology (the Mind-Body Connection), Integrative Reflexology
is a form of foot, hand and ear reflexology that uses massage techniques to
stimulate reflex areas, along with thousands of nerve endings to achieve
therapeutic effects throughout the body. It can be received as a clothed
stand alone service or combined with therapeutic massage. Many clients
express that they are as deeply relaxed as if they had a full body massage.
Common feedback includes: improved sleep, improved digestion, less pain and
congestion, increased sense of calm, and greater energy among many other
benefits.


30 min Integrative Rlexology for the feet $40 (save $10)


30 min Integrative Reflexology for the hands and ears woven into a Swedish
head, neck and arm massage. $40 (save $10)


60 min Integrative Reflexology for the feet, hands and ears woven into a
Swedish massage $75 (save $15)
