[RP TownTalk] anyone good with very fine detail painting?

This is going to sound like a really goofy question, but I have a pair of
glasses frames that I LOVE, but that have been discontinued. Unfortunately
the paint has been slowly chipping off the frames, which makes them
increasingly less awesome.

I've been able to do some fine touch-up work with some nail polish I found
that matches the color reasonably well, but the trick is that I can't wear
my glasses while doing the touch up work, so it's hard to do a good job. :-)

Is there anyone out there who is able to help me with this?  Or do you know
someone who might be able to point me in the right direction?
