[RP TownTalk] Recycling collection this week

I just talked to the town,  and they confirmed the pick up was to have been
yesterday,  and that several people have called to say theirs wasn't picked
up.  As for actual,  current status,  we'd have to call the county,  who
provides the service.  I just tried (311) and got cut off....
