[RP TownTalk] Haircut?

After years of inconsistent experiences at the two places mentioned in this
thread so far, I finally bailed and went to College Park! I've been a happy
customer there ever since:
Today's Hair

It's a bustling place, I've had my hair cut by everyone of the 5 (i think)
people who work there, and have been happy with all of their work.
