[RP TownTalk] EXT : Poor Trash Service

Adding my gripe to your message.  Bates came through on 45th Place about 1/2 hour ago and took half the trash out of the trash can and left the balance.  Left Public Works a message.  Bates service gives "poor" a bad name.

Bates employee pulled box with trash inside from garbage container and threw it in the ground and left.  Called Town Public Works and requested a supervisor meet with me.
