[RP TownTalk] Tonight’s Council Meeting

There are some Members of the Council that I’ve noticed over a (period of time) who talk and snicker while other Council members deliver their Ward reports or speak.  

It’s not a good look for our Town nor is it Professional.  The Mayor and Council role in this Town should not be viewed as a (joke) and members of the Council should be cognizant of their conduct.
