Here at Riversdale, we're excited for spring and the many programs that are popping up this season! If it's been awhile since you've visited the mansion, we have some old favorites & brand new programs to enjoy.

First up is our Mid-Century Modern Soirée on Thursday, March 28, 7 pm. (I'll admit it - our staff is REALLY excited about this  fab new program!)
Celebrate all that was hip with a nod to mid-century at the mansion! Did you know Riversdale was actually an office, home to M-NCPPC's history division, in the 50s and 60s?! We're donning our pillboxes, mixing the party punch, and inviting you an evening of music, vintage games, food, music, and a short visual presentation on mid-century architecture in the area. Mid-century attire admired, but not required. Best dressed wins a prize sponsored by our vintage-loving friends at Community Forklift!

Enjoy a FREE music performance with the Riversdale Chamber Music Society on Sunday, April 2, 2:30 pm.
Always a treat, musicians from the University of Maryland School of Music will perform and be available for a meet & greet during a post-concert reception. Seating is first come, first served and reservations are not required.

Later in the month, Tavern Night returns on Saturday, April 27, 8 pm.
This always-popular program is already filling quickly. Don't miss out on the atmosphere of a 19th century tavern. We'll provide the sea chanties, tavern food, and beverages - you provide the fun conversation and pleasant company! This year, we're excited to be partnering with our neighbors, Town Center Market, to provide you with some tasty brews.
