located in a historic district
have the opportunity
to earn a state income tax credit
equal to 20 percent of qualified
rehabilitation expenditures.
The credit is capped at $50,000
in a 24-month period and must have a
minimum of $5,000 of eligible expenses to qualify.

Chimney repair and lining
Window restoration
Structural repairs

I just found out that Ken Laurey's was hit by a truck out in Nebraska and has died.? I believe this happened Wednesday.? Does anyone have any information?I was wondering if anyone has reached out to his wife Liz and is there anything we can do to help her at this time??Audrey Bragg
