Hi all,

It's election day for the mayor and council members of Riverdale Park.

ELECTION NOTICE


In compliance with the Charter of the Town of Riverdale Park, Maryland, an
election will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 to elect the Mayor and Council.


*Voting will take place on Monday, May 6, 2019*

*at Riverdale Park Town Hall (5008 Queensbury Road)*

*Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.*

 Candidates for office must file a Petition for Elective Office and a
Financial Disclosure Statement with the Election Judges at Town Hall no
later than *5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019*, in order to have their
names placed on the official ballot. Petitions for Elective Office and
Financial Disclosure Statements are available at Town Hall or on the Town’s
website, www.riverdaleparkmd.gov. There is a $25.00 filing fee for all
candidates.

 All residents sixteen years of age or older, who have resided in the Town
of Riverdale Park for 45 days or more preceding Monday, May 6, 2019 (March
22, 2019 to May 5, 2019), will be entitled to vote.

 More information regarding how to register to vote is available at Town
Hall or on the Town’s website *www.riverdaleparkmd.gov*

available on election day, Monday, May 6, 2019.
