[RP TownTalk] 1st Multi-Family Building at RP Station

In case anyone is interested, Cushman & Wakefield secured a $57m loan for the first multi-family building at 4650 Van Buren to be open by 2020Q2.  It includes 229 units, 10k sq. ft of retail, 8k sq. ft of amenity space and 750 garaged parking space.  This represents about 25% of the total multi-family units upon full buildout.
