[RP TownTalk] Leaf street collection?

Actually, the leaves are not supposed to be in the street, but rather in
the strip between the sidewalk and the street. The town is encouraging
people to bag their leaves (and free bags are available at Town Hall 8:30 -
5pm M-F) because it save the town a lot of money if they can pick the bags
of yard waste up instead of trying to vacuum around parked cars and such.
It will all get composted....

Of course, I'm not answering your question.... because I don't know. Mr.
Mayor says he'll update tomorrow no later than after the town council
meeting.
