[RP TownTalk] East/West property construction

Hi all, I haven’t been paying attention to the notices about the construction going on with that property on E/W highway near the corner of E Beale Cir. The trees at the edge of our back yard are all being cleared away today and I’m wondering if anyone can tell us what, if anything, is going back there.
