[RP TownTalk] New Capital Bikeshare station

I was happy to see that Capital Bikeshare installed a new station on the
Trolley Trail yesterday. With more stations opening in the area, the
connection to the MARC station, farmers market, and local businesses should
be useful to many folks in the area. Thank you to everyone in the community
who helped make this happen.
