A few thoughts. This is the first time I've heard of LVT so I'm not
advocating one position or another ... just a few thoughts. It's an
interesting proposal and I'm glad it's getting discussed.<br>

LVT would seem to be a positive incentive to someone like Jemal, who
has built the appropriate type of buildings but leaves them vacant. <br>
<br>
LVT would seem to be a positive incentive for the Potomac Development
project (Rt 1 & E-W Hwy), where they're proposing too much asphalt
and not enough building.<br>
<br>
Conversely, LVT would seem to be a negative incentive for the Dumm's
property, in that the developer already wants to go 2 stories <i>above
</i>our MUTC standards while skimping on the parking.<br>
<br>
Would my property taxes go up because I have a very big yard? Would
LVT consider a house on a double lot to be a less than optimal use of
the land?<br>
