color=black><span style='color:black'> would not be flagged in their system
unless the police department who took the report filed a special report.<span

class=GramE>are flagged</span> in their system,<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

color=black><span style='color:black'>, like my car, it could be sitting out
there for weeks without anything showing in the system that the car is a stolen
vehicle.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>It could be sitting in
some neighborhood<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:11.0pt;color:black'>right now, but if a neighbor phoned in a
strange car, as of last Thursday the MVA had nothing in their system that would
send an alert to me or anyone else that the car had been located.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
