<P>I think $200K would go a long way to improve the existing community center. It's in a great location tucked away in the park and there is not much traffic to worry about when the kids are running around. Another advantage is that Riverdale will own the property and make all of the decisions regarding it's design, maintenance, and management. There will be no legal or financial contracts with other parties which may require litigation or negotiations increasing management overhead. My vote goes to improving what we have. After all we own it. Why not make it better?</P>
