<DIV>homeowners should be allowed </DIV>
<DIV>their 6 ft fencing in back & side</DIV>
<DIV>yards. it is for safety sake - both</DIV>
<DIV>for the dog's protection from teasing</DIV>
<DIV>neighbor's kids & the teasing kids</DIV>
<DIV>from the dog. If a teased dog gets</DIV>
<DIV>loose - the dog will go after the kids</DIV>
<DIV>who have been teasing it. Also that</DIV>
<DIV>is why a front yard fence is necessary</DIV>
<DIV>for dog owners - double precaution to</DIV>
<DIV>contain the dog should the side gate</DIV>
<DIV>get left open.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>when people have dogs - not all dogs</DIV>
<DIV>are friendly to ALL other dogs & people.</DIV>
<DIV>Nothing is worse than walking your dog</DIV>
<DIV>& having to be growled at& chased </DIV>
<DIV>down a fence that looks too small.</DIV>

<DIV>Another note: when people get wood</DIV>
<DIV>fencing - sometimes they get the </DIV>
<DIV>cheapest 3-4 ft fencing that rots quick</DIV>
<DIV>and looks like crap in a short time but</DIV>
<DIV>they do not repair or keep it up as they</DIV>
<DIV>dont have money to do so. so I think</DIV>
<DIV>something should be said for inexpensive</DIV>
<DIV>wood fencing across the front.....or even</DIV>
<DIV>around the back to contain a dog.</DIV>

<DIV>I am AGAINST NO FRONT YARD</DIV>
<DIV>FENCING: A FENCE KEEPS </DIV>
<DIV>PLAYING CHILDREN OUT OF MY </DIV>
<DIV>YARD, OUT OF MY FLOWERS, KEEPS</DIV>
<DIV>MY DOG IN & DOGS WHO HAVE </DIV>
<DIV>GOTTEN LOOSE OUT.</DIV>
