I wish to make a correction to the budget document cited in the discussion about cleanup and policing. That document inaccurately states that the tax cap is $.56 per $100.  That is the actual general tax rate, but the cap is $.75 per $100.  Assessments have gone up so rapidly over the last few years that I have proposed and the council has agreed to keep the actual rate lower than the cap.
