DC Metro area has leveled from what it was 2 years ago, I wouldn't say
that they are declining. Developers are not able to sell the units for the ever
soaring prices that they WERE going for. But sales are still happening
at a more affordable rate for buyers. I can tell you that at PNHoffman, we
are still selling units, and still planning future projects. And being one of
the largest and most successful condominium development firms in the DC Metro
Area, I can tell you that the market has certainly cooled, but far from being
"collapsed" as stated in the Newsmax article. </DIV>
