<html><div style='background-color:'><P>I completely agree. I just moved in three months ago to the brick building on Natoli Pl. It took me a few days to get used to the horns, and occasionally when I get woken up by a particular engineer that seems to have forgotten to take his hand off the horn, my building shakes, or I consistently can't hear tv programs at the same times, I do curse the horns and simply the noise as the train is going by. However, I don't believe that the horns should stop. Even if the gates are changed so that there is no way for cars to drive around them quickly before the train gets to that intersection, people will still walk under the gates and are known for walking up and down the tracks. I believe that the horns are a necessary warning, and that they should be kept in place. If they really annoy people, them some
standards should be set for the engineers (like two quick slaps of the horn for a warning etc...).</P>
