Yes Lisa it is a legal issue.<br>
The Town Code says two thing. To paraphrase the code somewhat it says
'There shill not be any electioneering, except as allowed by the Town
Council.'<br>
That second point is why there has been all the interest in what
happened at the Council meetings. There could have been a forum in the
<b><i>Crier</i></b> or discussion on the list <b>IF</b> allowed by the
Council.<br>
